West Central St.
A historic rehabilitation and mixed-use addition in downtown Natick. The project transforms an existing brick building into a thriving urban hub, anchoring the streetscape with new retail and restaurant spaces complete with outdoor dining patios. A substantial addition to the rear of the structure accommodates modern residential units on the upper floors, while introducing high-end tenant amenities including an underground parking garage and an expansive shared roof deck.
