Needham Home Renovation
A sophisticated estate renovation that harmonizes with a historic, mature Olmsted-designed landscape. The project focuses on fluid indoor-outdoor connectivity, establishing strategic new egress points throughout the multi-acre compound. Vertical circulation is reimagined via a contemporary staircase addition wrapped in windows, flooding the interior core with natural light. The private quarters were similarly updated, featuring a reenvisioned primary bedroom and bathroom suite that maximize exterior vistas and introduce a highly functional connection to a private dressing room.
